Instead of lounging on the beach and spending summer time in anticipation of one more evening TV portion of EURO 2020 matches, managers from most of the main departments of VD MAIS received this weekend a huge portion of scheduled trainings in business disciplines. As the firm tries to keep its finger on the pulse of modern global trends, it devotes a lot of attention to the continuous improvement and development of the qualifications of its staff. In particular, managers annually undergo several-day trainings, during which experienced lecturers and business coaches teach them an intensive management course, somewhat similar to the mini-MBA programs popular nowadays in the business environment.

Since the training took place in one of the luxurious suburban recreation complexes in the vicinity of the capital, on the shores of Kyiv Sea and surrounded by coniferous forests, the training participants had all the opportunities not only for intensive study, but also for intensive recreation.
