A quick ordering service for boards and components, as well as a dedicated production line for small-scale projects, allows you to receive fully functional samples of assembled boards in few weeks. Fast early production cycle speeds up the circuit design and reduces the overall cost of development.
We know the standards of electromagnetic compatibility and fire safety, we give our customers recommendations for their implementation. We know and can recommend proven accredited laboratories for testing. We help in preparing documentation, as well as ensuring that requirements are met at the stages of further production. At request of customers, we carry out additional audits and validation of production.
Six automatic SMT assembly lines, a robot selective soldering machine, wave soldering machine and additional equipment help us complete mass production and final testing of electronics faster than others. Internal planning system allows us to balance the production load and ensure the timely delivery.
Unless agreed otherwise, we provide a one year warranty for all assembly serices.
We constantly update our production equipment and have franchised agreements with major equipment vendors. We always purchase brand new equipment and keep own service engineering team.

The line is adapted for high-running serial projects and is validated for automotive industry. Soldering process is performed in nitrogen environment; this reduces oxidation of contact pads, component leads, solder paste and improves the quality of solder joints. Nitrogen is generated by an adsorption generator with a gas purity of 99.999%.
Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems allow to:
– control the soldering paste application;
– check the presence of components on a board;
– check the accuracy of installation and orientation of components;
– analyse the integrity of solder joints.
Automatic THT soldering robot ensures repeatable results and speeds up the assembly of boards with large numbers of throughhole components.
Infrared pre-heating system and nitrogen environment reduce the effects of temperature shocks and oxidation of solder joints.
Usage of SMT components is a traditional way to improve the assembly speed and costs. However, in some cases throughhole components are still required: for example, high-power components or connectors affected by mechanical loads.
Cable assemblies are widely used in all industries: aerospace, aviation, railway equipment, automotive, shipbuilding, military industry, general industrial applications. We produce harnesses according to customers' technical specifications.
100% of assemblies are tested by automatic AOI machines and go through visual inspection before packaging. Additional testing is performed based on customer requirements; this may include ICT, functional testing, climatic, mechanical tests and others.
Sometimes, especially for high-mix and low-volume production, manual final asembly is economically reasonable. justified. In some cases like fast prototyping of small batches, or the boards that are not adjusted for automated assembly, we will offer manual installation services by qualified assemblers using modern soldering stations.
