VD MAIS has started contract manufacturing business in 2004. It took us 10 years to become #1 electronic manufacturing services provider in Ukraine in technical equipment as well as in technologies, experience and logistics.

PRODUCTIVITY & TECHNOLOGIES
To satisfy customer requirements and actual demand, 3 SMT lines are operating to provide flexible load balance as well as rapid execution of projects varying in quantity – from single modules to large series of 100 thousands items per month.
Total production ability has currently reached 1.5 millions of components per day – ranging from size 0201 to BGA. DIP mounting is performed by qualified staff and with automatic selective soldering machine.
To meet requirements of the market we have established PCB laser marking, ICT testing and automated LED testing.

On contract VD MAIS mounting of components onto printed circuit boards, test boards, assembly of electronic components, services are available to refine the design of printed circuit boards for the transition to technology SMT, testing of finished electronic products.

Лазерный маркировщик ПП

Тестировщик электронных модулей
Тесты коротких замыканий и обрывов, неверно смонтированных компонентов, неверных номиналов пассивных компонентов, развернутых в обратную сторону диодов, аналоговые тесты и измерения, разнообразные цифровые тесты, внутрисхемное конфигурирование — лишь часть возможностей тестировщика ICT.
Анализатор светодиодов
Установка разработана на базе манипулятора компании Фесто. Параметры светодиодов (длина волны и световой поток) проверяются с помощью анализатора светодиодов Feasa 10F LED Analyser.
Конвекционная печь для пайки SMD компонентов в азотной среде с генератором азота
Пайка в азотной среде дает возможность повысить качество паяных соединений за счет снижения окисляемости контактных площадок, выводов компонентов, припоя в пасте. Улучшение смачиваемость контактных площадок печатных плат и выводов компонентов даже при снижении пиковых температур, что, в свою очередь, снижает риск повреждения термочувствительных компонентов в процессе пайки
Печь оснащена встроенной системой очистки газа на основе двустенного циклона с осаждением конденсата охлаждением. Азот для установки генерируется с помощью адсорбционного генератора с чистотой газа 99,999 %
