On March 5, 2025, the International Trade Forum took place in Kyiv, organized by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine with the support of the German government. The event brought together representatives of businesses, government structures, and international partners to discuss pressing issues related to the development of Ukrainian exports.

VD MAIS, a leading Ukrainian contract manufacturer and exporter of electronic products, actively participated in the panel discussion “Export Logistics: Challenges and Opportunities.” The participants discussed key issues such as optimizing supply chains, infrastructure challenges, and effective solutions for exporters in the context of European integration. A speaker from VD MAIS shared the company’s experience in ensuring stable deliveries of finished products to customers in Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to a proactive risk mitigation strategy, VD MAIS did not lose a single foreign client during the years 2022-2024.
“Today, stable logistics is not just about delivery speed; it is a strategic component of the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies in the global market. It is crucial that the government elevates logistics to a strategic level because the efforts of exporters and associations alone are not enough. The sustainable development of Ukrainian exports requires integration into the European logistics infrastructure,” noted Maksym Anisymov, Deputy Director of VD MAIS.
The International Trade Forum became an important platform for dialogue between the government and businesses and fostered the development of new partnerships for Ukrainian exporters. The event was held as part of the “TIPSTER” Project, implemented by the Public Union “Fund for Support of Reforms in Ukraine” with financial support from the German government within the framework of the ReACT4UA international cooperation project (“Application and Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in the Field of Trade”). The project is executed by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ Ukraine) GmbH.
